We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their experience at Écorce & Brume. Please note that sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once the package has shipped. It is possible to modify or cancel an order if you have not received a shipping notification. Simply contact us at info@ecorceetbrume.com and we will process the cancellation.
However, if a product is broken or damaged during shipping, please send us a photo to info@ecorceetbrume.com. We will take care of the situation!
